Your facilitator + Your Chef
Kelsey is a 500+ hour certified yoga instructor who has a deep love for the traditions of yoga and passion for creating transformational, restorative, and community-oriented retreat spaces.
Anna is a chef and yoga instructor in Denver. She’s been cooking in some of the most unique and prestigious kitchens in Denver for almost 17 years and has been teaching yoga for about a year now.
