lunar sessions are monthly gatherings inspired by the full moon. each session is held near the full moon and offers a rotating mix of practices such as movement, breathwork, meditation, ritual, and reflection.
each gathering is unique and shaped by the season and the energy of the moment, creating space to slow down, reconnect, and reset in community.
